Sytze Boomsma is a friendly, enthousiastic dutch kickboxing trainer, dive instructor and mountain guide. He's all about promoting an active lifestyle and improving physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

FDM with Nina

Nina is a movement expert, personal trainer, and certified FDM specialist & BLACKROLL® Master Trainer, specializing in pain management and mobility. A former competitive swimmer, she has spent 12+ years helping clients

Strength with Marina

Marina is a certified strength and functional training coach with a passion for building power, endurance, and confidence. Specializing in strength training, kettlebell workouts, and core conditioning, she helps clients develop proper lifting techniques, full-body strength, and functional movement patterns

Aerial Yoga

Margo is a certified Aerial Yoga instructor specializing in integrating hammock support into classic yoga poses, posture correction, stretching, and fitness training. With a focus on alignment and mobility, she helps clients build strength, flexibility, and body awareness through dynamic and restorative aerial practices.

Hollistic fitness

Nabil Rostom is a fitness and sports performance expert with experience in Abu Dhabi and San Francisco. As a founder of multiple health and sports tech ventures, he takes a holistic approach, drawing on his background in engineering, herbalism, and holistic health. Nabrahim focuses on injury prevention and enhancing athletic performance through the mind-body connection and sports psychology to optimize well-being and peak performance.

Yoga with Gabi

My name is Gabi and my yoga journey reaches back more than 20 years. While I am trained in Hatha/Vinyasa style, Yin Yoga and trauma informed practices my own practice reaches also into Kundalini, Forrest and Ashtanga Yoga.
For me Yoga is an amazing tool to connect body and mind, keep fit and nurture my inner world at the same time.

I'm a passionate swimmer with a lifelong dedication to the sport. As a competitive swimmer, I had the honor of representing Egypt as a junior and master swimmer. I'm also passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with others,
I enjoy teaching and coaching swimming to help others achieve their goals and develop a love for the sport
